In order to create an account, the visors aught to go on my account and sign up as a new user. Only registered user may view the exclusive contents.
We do not charge sales tax for digital products. However, if the paperback product is published on our website, paperback products may include tax.
We ship electronical items globally.
No. Once the payment is processed, you won’t be able to change the billing/shipping information.
We do not collect credit card information. It is against our privacy policy to collect the payment information. However, the registered users can save the credit card information, which is protected by the system for the privacy.
For the digital orders, the receiving the material is instant after the payment is successfully processed. Downloads will be emailed and also be available on my account page if you are registered. If offered, the paperback orders will take 2-3 business day to ship and 5-7 business days. Tracking number/s will be provided.

As our refund policy entails, the full refund may be issued only if the file is wrong from how it is advertised.

If the purchase is already made, contact the customer help center, submit the ticket for help, and we will cancel the order. User cannot change the incorrect address once the purchase is made.
No. Once the order is processed and received, it cannot be adjusted, canceled or altered.
